To ensure that all accidents and near misses are reported immediately to a Supervisor or Manager To ensure that all accidents and near misses are reported immediately to the HS&E Manager To ensure that all department activity is performed in accordance with company procedures and client instructions Provide Customer Care at the highest level to ensure maximum customer satisfaction Maintain a good knowledge of Alloga UK policies and procedures Advise Supervisor or Manager of any instances requiring special attention Support and work alongside all other admin roles as required Manage urgent order requests and prioritise accordingly Liaise with operational colleagues regarding special order requests Process orders within the agreed timescales Process orders accurately in accordance with the SOP Ensure urgent orders are completed in line with SOP Carry out client specific processes as required Process export orders as required and arrange onward transport through communication with the customer and appointed freight forwarders Ensure all required reporting tools are maintained and communicate where required Plan container builds through DIPs estimator, ensuring pallet TI-His are correct and carrying out onward analysis, updating where appropriate. Allocation/ De-allocation of orders as and when requested by Management System shipment of orders Ensure all client advised ship by dates are met or clearly communicated if unachievable Booking of Outbound collections in line with operational dispatch plan Creation and validation of Dangerous Goods Notes (DGNs) within required timeframes Completion and distribution of all relevant paperwork To complete daily deck check Ensure Despatch plan is supported through the timely planning and movement of orders into container lanes Completion of the open orders reporting to the client To encourage continuous improvement in all areas of the operation To communicate effectively to Management, other department/sites and the client To carry out any reasonable requests as determined by Management.
