What We’re Looking For
* Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC PIN.
* Proven experience in a senior nursing role (such as clinical lead, unit manager or deputy nurse manager), within a nursing home setting.
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Excellent clinical skills and in-depth knowledge of care planning, medication management, and CQC regulations.
* A compassionate and empathetic approach to care, with a focus on promoting dignity and respect for residents.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
