The Clove Club is a Two Michelin starred, multi award winning restaurant in Shoreditch.

Our bar is an integral part of this experience, featuring an extensive selection of premium spirits, wines, and innovative cocktails. We are looking for a dedicated professional with a passion for mixology to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- You will know how to craft and serve a wide range of classic and innovative cocktails
- You will assist in curating the bar menu, including cocktails, beers and spirits
- You will be able to serve and present food for those dining at the bar, you will know the menu
inside and out and answer any questions guests may have
- Youll have experience of working in a fine dining restaurant, and an ability to work in a Two
Michelin star environment.
- You will be able to receive deliveries, process invoices and have effective cellar maintenance.
- You will be able to take directions and complete tasks in a time efficient manner.
- Youll have an enthusiasm and love of mixology that shows when you explain spirits and cocktails to guests
- You must be able to work effectively in a team, have the ability to multi-task and think laterally in a busy restaurant setting, naturally looking to help others.
- You will work together to get the best out of all staff, recognising that a different approach may be necessary with different personalities to get the best out of them. You will work closely with the FOH team to provide a high level of service.
- You will take the lead in the team when necessary, meaning you have the skills and confidence to take detailed instructions from managers and be able to lead other staff in our small wine team when required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bartender in a fine dining or high-end establishment
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktails
- Excellent mixology skills and a creative flair
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
