As a Service Administrator at Group 1 Automotive, you will have the opportunity to work with an exciting brand and be enrolled in our aftersales academy.
What you will be doing?
1. Administration duties within the service department.
2. Deal with customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.
3. Ensure customer requirements are fully understood and communicated effectively to other members of the department.
4. Record vehicle details and service histories accurately and effectively.
What we are looking for?
1. Full UK Driving Licence.
2. Motor Industry experience is preferable.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Ability to work to timescales effectively, with a keen eye for detail.
