Job Title: Change & Adoption Lead Job Description We are seeking a Change & Adoption Lead to drive understanding and buy-in for strategic changes at a global level, ensuring smooth execution of deployment plans. The role involves driving behavioral change, new ways of working, and adoption of new technology as part of a strategic digital workplace transformation. You will work closely with the business to align priorities, manage resistance, and ensure consistency of deployments across a complex, global environment. Responsibilities Work with the programme team to align on the 'case for change', including the 'Why', 'What', and 'How'. Engage with senior stakeholders to articulate the programme vision and end state. Manage senior stakeholders through deployment timelines with effective storytelling. Create and execute plans for engaging regional leads to drive local transformations. Build and develop a sponsor coalition and a change network to embrace change. Define the change and adoption approach for digital transformation. Pre-empt and manage resistance. Define KPIs to determine success and benchmark effective outcomes, considering lead and lag indicators. Report against these metrics and create targeted action plans for areas needing more support. Manage and monitor deployments, implementing action plans and mitigations as needed. Identify the need for user research and engage key personas. Turn research findings into tangible outputs such as training assets and targeted communications. Develop innovative and engaging ways to introduce products using marketing and branding concepts. Create eye-catching content and be bold in trying new ideas. Use in-house social media channels to promote campaigns. Run hybrid digital and face-to-face customer contact sessions to excite and educate. Explore the use of AI for cutting-edge marketing and branding strategies. Lead the creation of diverse training channels and content to accommodate different learning preferences. Develop and execute a multi-channel, flexible, and scalable communication approach. Work closely with programme and market leadership teams to agree on deployment timelines and sequencing. Attend regular stand-ups, be responsive, and collaborate effectively. Anticipate and remove roadblocks to delivery, escalating when necessary. Manage risks and issues through appropriate tracking and involving key team members. Develop communication and reporting strategies. Proactively manage own time and workload, advocating for project pace. Maintain focus on medium and long-term goals and the company's values. Essential Skills In-depth appreciation of human-centric change management and storytelling. Ability to interpret and distill key information from complex data sets. High-level understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Experience managing change within a global digital transformation programme. Experience working in a banking environment and matrix organisation. Strong communication and influencing skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with disruptive marketing and use of social media for promotions and campaigns. Knowledge of AI for product adoption and innovative campaigns.
