* Job Title: Supported Living Deputy Manager
* Salary: £34,586.21
* Location: Blaenau Gwent
* Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm, with on-call responsibilities)
* Contract: Permanent

What You'll Do as a Supported Living Deputy Manager:
* Lead and inspire a compassionate team to deliver exceptional support for residents.
* Build meaningful relationships with residents transitioning from secure settings to independent living.
* Provide high-quality, psychologically informed care using evidence-based approaches like Structured Clinical Management (SCM).
* Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and external organisations to develop tailored support plans.
* Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring services run smoothly and meet residents' needs.
* Drive continuous service improvements and maintain high standards of care.

Who We're Looking For:

* Proven experience managing staff who support individuals with complex mental health needs and interpersonal challenges.
* Strong knowledge of psychologically informed environments (PIE) and restorative approaches.
* An NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or a willingness to work towards it).
* A full driving licence and flexibility for on-call duties.
