Temporary HR Coordinator
£15.20 per hour

Our client is looking to hire a seasoned HR Coordinator to support their dynamic team.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, reviewing applications, and arranging interviews.
2. Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations.
3. Support staff induction where required.
4. Assist with recruitment activity and support casework as required.
5. Support payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
6. Manage staff absence and entitlement monitoring.
7. Manage HR documentation and correspondence.
8. Support in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
9. Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Minimum Requirements:
The ideal Temporary HR Coordinator will have:
1. CIPD Level 3 qualification or be working towards it (desirable).
2. Experience working in an HR department.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
