Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering technical IT support with a focus on customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering intermediate to advanced desktop installation, configuration, and troubleshooting services.
* Providing basic Wintel server installation, configuration, administration, and break-fix solutions.
* Ensuring seamless communication with internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Requirements
This role requires an estimated salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, based on experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
