JOB DESCRIPTION – Primary Teaching Assistant
1. Primary Teaching Assistant
2. Supporting children on a 1:1 and small group basis
3. Working alongside a fantastic team of teachers & support staff
4. Working hours 8am – 5pm
5. Full time and long term contract
6. £85 - £100 per day (depending on experience)
7. Located in the Borough of Kensington & Chelsea
PERSON SPECIFICATION – Primary Teaching Assistant
8. Must have a Degree from a reputable University
9. Strong academics across the board – Degree, A levels and GCSEs
10. Experience in a previous role would be ideal
11. Proactive, reflective and committed
12. Passionate about the potential of every pupil
13. Able to establish and maintain excellent working relationships with staff, pupils and parents
14. Motivated to continually improve standards and achieve excellence
15. Must be able to use your own initiative – in & out of the classroom
16. You must be able to work effectively as part of a large team
