The Role
We’re looking for a technical and commercially savvy Pre-Sales Manager to lead the pre-sales process and deliver high-impact solutions for our clients. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping technical proposals and guiding customers through IT transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with clients to articulate technical value propositions and recommend the right solutions.
* Create scope of works and technical proposals, leveraging existing templates or developing new ones.
* Manage the full pre-sales lifecycle, ensuring seamless project handovers.
* Drive pre-sales efforts in key areas such as:
* Microsoft 365 migrations (email, AV, security).
* On-premise to Azure/SharePoint transitions.
* SOC/SIEM security solutions.
* Microsoft 365 licensing.
* Work with vendors including Connectwise RMM, Barracuda, Veeam, Datto, and more.
* Collaborate with implementation engineers when needed, though most tasks are handled independently.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a pre-sales, technical consultancy, or solutions architecture role.
* Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, and cybersecurity solutions.
* Excellent communication skills – able to simplify complex technical solutions for customers.
* Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, handling 25-30 pre-sales tasks per month.
* Ambition to grow into a leadership role as the team expands.
