Our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Barry, Wales, is seeking an experienced Epicor Consultant to support their Epicor Kinetic Cloud ERP system. The consultant will be responsible for training users, developing SQL reports, troubleshooting system issues, and optimizing business processes across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide onsite Epicor Kinetic Cloud ERP support two days per week and remote support as needed.
* Conduct training sessions for 40-45 users across various departments, ensuring efficient system adoption.
* Develop and customize SQL Reports to meet business needs.
* Troubleshoot and resolve Epicor-related technical and functional issues.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across Production, Procurement, and Materials Controls to optimize system processes.
* Support system configuration, workflows, and enhancements to improve business operations.
* Ensure data integrity and best practices in Epicor usage.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience with Epicor Kinetic Cloud ERP in a consulting or administrative role.
* Strong knowledge of Production, Procurement, and Materials Controls modules in Epicor.
* Experience in training end-users and facilitating ERP adoption.
* Expertise in SQL reporting and data extraction.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Prior experience with Epicor customizations, BAQs, BPMs, and dashboards.
* Familiarity with manufacturing and supply chain business processes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Contract Details:
* Work Model: Hybrid (2 days onsite in Barry, Wales; remote otherwise)
