Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketer to join our commercial team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance our online presence and drive engagement. The successful candidate will oversee the marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and lead generation. This includes managing the communications calendar, executing campaigns, and creating content to support sales efforts. Maintaining the website, optimising performance through analytics, and managing CRM data for lead generation are also an important aspect of this position.
Collaboration across departments is key, ensuring unified marketing initiatives. You will also oversee award submissions, ensure brand consistency, and stay updated with digital marketing trends. The role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with Webflow, and video editing tools. You should be comfortable managing multiple tasks and working towards deadlines.
Responsibilities
* Sales enablement and content: Regularly update templates and create sales materials like videos, presentations, brochures, and case studies. Ensure all content communicates Metricell's value and follows design guidelines and best practices.
* Marketing communications and Planning: Manage and update the marketing calendar to support brand awareness and customer acquisition. Plan and execute campaigns, coordinate with teams to generate leads, and ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
* Cross functional collaboration: Work with project managers, sales, customer service teams and HR to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals. Facilitate initiatives that support overall business objectives.
* CRM and Lead Management: Use Zoho CRM to manage leads and contacts. Keep data updated and develop CRM strategies to enhance customer relationships and sales performance.
* Website development: Maintain and update Metricell websites through Webflow, ensuring it's user-friendly and visually aligned with marketing goals.
* Analytics and insights: Use Google Analytics to analyse website performance and optimise engagement and conversions based on data.
* Award submissions: Assist with preparing content for industry award submissions, highlighting Metricell's achievements and enhancing its reputation.
* Brand Stewardship: Ensure all internal and external content follows brand guidelines, and train team members on proper brand usage.
Essential Skills, knowledge and Experience
* Demonstrated experience from working in a similar role
* Friendly can-do attitude whilst supporting the sales team
* Full knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
* Website development and maintenance (Webflow)
* Video editing programs (Biteable, Canva or other)
* Ability to communicate effectively in a variety of situations and perform well under pressure
* Good time management skills to ensure tasks are completed and resolved in line with targets
* Willingness to support cross-departmental activities and get hands on with our software products.
Desirable:
* Bachelors Degree in a Marketing or Business related subject
