Project Manager role working for a leading Health Tech company in the Greater Leeds area.
You will be responsible for leading and executing digital projects aimed at modernising and optimising processes across the organisation. The Project Manager will focus on improving operational efficiency's, customer experience, and supporting the growth in the medical technology sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage project plans, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and oversee project milestones.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between project teams, leadership, and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
* Change Management & Training: Lead change management strategies, provide training, and ensure smooth adoption of digital tools.
* Risk & Issue Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, maintaining transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
* Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track project success through KPIs and provide performance reports to leadership, recommending improvements.
Experience & Qualifications:
* 2-5+ years of project management experience, particularly in digital transformation or process improvement.
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and digital tools (e.g., CRM, ERP).
* Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; PMP or similar certification preferred.
* Regulatory Industry Experience
