Job Summary: As a Recruitment Consultant, you will source, attract, and engage top talent for our clients. Your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients to ensure successful placements.

Responsibilities:
• Utilise recruitment tools to source and screen candidates
• Identify, develop and maintain new business relationships
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Conduct interviews and assessments
• Implement lead generation strategies
• Utilise social media management tools to promote job opportunities
Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years recruitment experience
• 1+ years' experience recruiting within the engineering, construction and/or architecture industries
• Previous Sales and Customer Service experience
• Excellent organisation/prioritisation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to influence and negotiate with others
• Ability to think creatively and strategically
• Self-motivation and motivated by targets
• PC literate and able to use MS Office Applications
• Knowledge and understanding of recruiting and sourcing techniques
