Internal Sales Agent Tachbrook Park Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales success? We’re looking for a dynamic Internal Sales Agent to join our team and support Calor’s customers, prospects, and Sales Force with professionalism, efficiency, and enthusiasm. What You’ll Do: As an Internal Sales Agent, you’ll play a dual role: Customer Support: Be the first point of contact for customers and prospects, handling queries about LPG and the Calor brand. Professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving will be at the heart of your interactions. Sales Growth: Maximise sales in both the domestic and commercial markets by managing inbound and outbound calls, supporting marketing campaigns, and proactively identifying new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails professionally, resolving queries and complaints with empathy. Follow up on leads, make cold calls, and proactively promote Calor’s products and services. Organise and manage Sales Force diaries, ensuring maximum efficiency. Handle email enquiries, add prospect data to our CRM system (Salesforce experience preferred), and support marketing campaigns. Conduct post-appointment surveys and provide energy-saving advice to customers. Collaborate with colleagues, Team Leaders, and other departments to ensure seamless teamwork and support. Maintain high-quality standards, meet sales and performance targets, and adapt flexibly to changing campaign demands. What You’ll Bring: Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal). Problem-solving and the ability to work on your own initiative. Excellent organisational and admin skills, with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Keyboard/VDU and telephony expertise. Knowledge & Experience: Preferably experienced in Salesforce and with knowledge of Calor’s products and markets (training will be provided). At least 1 year in a sales, marketing, customer service, or call centre environment.
