Xpress Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Belfast. In this key supervisory role, you will oversee and guide our Sales Development Representatives in their efforts to drive business growth and exceed sales targets. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and sales expertise will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize their performance and professional growth.
2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, expand the client base, and achieve or exceed sales targets within the Northern Ireland region.
3. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment with company objectives, targets, and sales strategies.
4. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, medical organizations, and decision-makers, to drive business opportunities and partnerships.
5. Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify potential opportunities or challenges and adjust strategies accordingly.
6. Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to executive management.
7. Conduct regular performance evaluations, set clear performance expectations, and implement effective sales training programs to enhance the team's capabilities.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards throughout the sales team.
9. Collaborate with other departments such as Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support to deliver seamless customer experiences and meet client expectations.
10. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in medical sales to remain at the forefront of the market.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the healthcare or medical sales industry.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a sales team.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive business growth and overcome challenges.
5. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
6. In-depth knowledge of the Northern Ireland market, including key players, customer dynamics, and industry trends.
7. Ability to analyze sales data, develop actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
8. Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
