Job summary The role is focused on leading ABL Health Mental Health services within the South-West Region, responsible for high-quality delivery and excellent outcomes for clients, families, and communities. This will require developing and enabling a vision for the Region which aligns with the overall strategic aims of the Division and organisation under the guidance of the Divisional Operations Lead for Mental Health. Main duties of the job The role will include operational oversight, performance accountability, high-quality governance and growth of services within the regional portfolio. Alongside engagement with key strategic leaders, system partners, communities to ensure the services are represented and embedded within local communities.
