Our Estates and Facilities team are looking for you to join them to keep estates and projects running efficiently. In this role, you will ensure the college estates, assets, and support services are fit for purpose, safe, secure, and managed within the agreed budget parameters. You will also effectively manage staff resources to ensure a flexible and responsive service is delivered. You will oversee the management of staff and resources across the college to maximize budget capability, manage current and future estates projects, and site development.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Degree level education or equivalent.
2. Detailed knowledge of statutory compliance requirements within a commercial built environment.
3. Knowledge of industry planned preventative maintenance using SFG20 frequencies.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Excellent project management skills.
6. Willingness to develop in the role and undertake new challenges.
