Become a Support Worker
What matters to the people we support matters to us. It’s their life, their way.
We are looking for someone with experience to our join our team supporting a young woman in her own home in Irvine.
You will be working in her home, so it’s important you can connect and be interested. You should be available to work 9am – 9pm, this will include alternate weekends. Our young woman owns her own vehicle so holding a Full UK licence for automatic vehicles is essential for this role.
If you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support with and alongside people, then this is the place for you.
Affinity Trust does not presently hold a Sponsorship Licence and while this status is reviewed regularly there is no present proposal to apply for such a Licence
