Nottingham – hybrid (2/3 split)
Up to £36,000 DOE (plus benefits package)

This is an exciting opportunity to join our client’s driven & collaborative HR team due to growth, where you will offer expert HR guidance throughout the employee lifecycle. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires managing multiple priorities while building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Our client is seeking an HR professional with a solid generalist HR background and ideally previous experience at Advisor level. Ideally, you will be CIPD Level 3 qualified and have a track record of managing a range of responsibilities on a day-to-day basis.
This is a rare opportunity within this team that offers significant potential for both personal and professional growth.
Duties within the role:
1. Develop strong relationships within your business area and the whole business.
2. Provide HR advice, support, and administration across the full range of HR activity including ER.
3. Maintain current and accurate information within the HRIS and provide senior leaders with relevant HR data.
4. Support on ad-hoc project work.
5. Support the team with recruitment.
6. Review policies and provide recommendations within the team.
7. Support processing information to payroll.
8. Manage salary & bonus reviews.
9. Ensure the business is advised of correct procedure.
