The Role
The Network Support Manager reports to the Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Team Manager.
The Network Support Manager is responsible for pro-actively supporting the Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Retail Network with the delivery of fleet sales. Working within the Volkswagen Group Business Centre, the NSM is responsible for ensuring the accurate administration and quota management of all Van Centre fleet agreements.
Working alongside the VWCV Van Centres and the Area Fleet Managers, the NSM is a key point of contact for all fleet related queries and centralised fleet administration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling Inbound Fleet Queries: Handling all inbound queries from the Van Centre network, queries that relate to fleet sales, contracts and discount schedules.
2. Agreement Quota Management: Pro-actively reviewing sales volumes against fleet agreements to help ensure the avoidance of under or over achievement of sales volume.
3. Agreement Administration: Co-ordinating Van Centre customer and agreement setup within the Fleet Business Centre.
4. Pro-active Outbound Agreement Reviews: Delivering scheduled calls to 60 Van Centres to review Sales Volume on their fleet agreements.
5. Ensuring adherence to all Information Security policies and procedures.

3. An ability to create effective working relationships with Brand and Van Centre contacts.
4. As a representative of VWCV, they must deliver the correct brand experience to all contacts.
5. Confident, clear and professional communicator.
6. The ability to influence key contacts within the Van Centre network.
7. Be able to confidently articulate results from data.
8. Strong IT skills with the ability to use multiple systems to record and review information.
9. Be able to demonstrate ability to manage databases and accurately record information.
