About the role - Service Coordinator
Our client is a leading organisation in the service industry, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and support to their clients.
They are currently looking for a Service Coordinator to join their business and work alongside their team of field service technicians to make sure that all customer expectations are met successfully.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with service engineers to plan, prioritise, and organise day-to-day operations
Build strong relationships with technicians and work together to meet customers' needs
Liaise with customers to schedule visits and communicate any changes or updates
Coordinate the delivery of equipment and materials as required
What we need from you
Excellent customer service skills in a business-to-business environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in using MS Office products
Problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
Calm and confident demeanour with a positive attitude
Ability to go the extra mile for customers
What we like from you
Experience with CRM software, such as Servicemax or similar
Previous experience in a service coordination role
