The primary purpose of the Operations Engineer is to support different sites in delivering the safe operations of plants, compliance with legislation & to deliver best practice, business and client responsive Operational strategy and results.
Ideally, you will be based in the North Region/ Yorkshire region and are happy to travel around the UK. This could be a couple of days, weeks, or months, onsite, or working remotely, delivering a mix of hands on, projects, outages, role cover, advising, planning, and researching that will see you use and continually develop your engineering skills, knowledge, and experience.
You will be supported with personalised on the job training, coaching, mentoring and twice-yearly development and performance reviews to help maintain & develop your contributions and competence.
Minimum Requirements
HNC in a production or engineering discipline or equivalent.
Demonstratable contributions & work experience in a 24-hour production environment including maintenance & outage management.
Experience of working in & contributing to operational sites at STL/supervisory level.
Incident control & management as Control Person.
Experience is Control of Work and or Permit issuing
