An opportunity has arisen within UKAS for the role of Quality Support Administrator.
This post will provide administrative support to the Head of Quality and Compliance, Process Improvement & Feedback Manager, and Technical Manager in the day-to-day maintenance of the UKAS management system.
The job holder will principally be involved in management system document control and in maintaining UKAS website technical information up to date. They will also arrange meetings and provide support in booking travel and accommodation for senior managers.
The key attributes necessary for success in this role are as follows:
* Excellent organisational, planning, prioritisation, and time management skills.
* Detail conscious, with a methodical approach where the emphasis is on precision and accuracy.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a calm approach.
* Good IT skills, particularly with respect to Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to learn and use online packages quickly.
* Excellent communication skills, including a clear and accurate writing style.
The successful candidate will receive a full training plan and support to enable them to undertake the role.
