Role Responsibilities: Lead whole-class lessons in the absence of a teacher, following pre-planned materials. Provide targeted intervention sessions for small groups or individual students who need extra support. Assist in planning and delivering engaging learning activities in collaboration with teaching staff. Support student progress, engagement, and wellbeing across different subject areas. Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment. Work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to identify students requiring additional support. Contribute to student assessment by tracking progress and providing feedback. Requirements: HLTA qualification or significant experience as a Teaching Assistant with leadership responsibilities. Experience delivering lessons or leading interventions in a secondary school setting. Strong communication and classroom management skills.
