We have an exciting, yet immediate vacancy for our client a housing provider based in Birmingham to recruit a Property Coordinator.
The Property / Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Property Team Leader, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget whilst meeting high-quality standards.
The role involves coordinating project tasks, maintaining documentation, tracking project progress, and facilitating communication among project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Maintain project documentation and prepare regular status updates.
Track project budgets and monitor resource allocation.
Act as a point of contact for stakeholders and facilitate communication.
Identify and manage project risks and issues.
Support quality assurance processes and conduct regular reviews.
Perform general administrative tasks and handle logistics for project-related travel and events.
