Job summary We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated ESR Workforce System Lead to join our ESR Team during an exciting period of innovation. As the primary workforce management system used across the NHS, ESR plays a pivotal role in our operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of ESR and delivering projects. As an ESR Workforce System Lead you will provide essential support to our staff by managing ESR access, Manager Self Service training, maintaining work structures, BI reporting, and ensuring audits are carried out to support excellent data quality. Main duties of the job This role will involve supporting the ESR Workforce System Team responsible for data input into the ESR system including new starters, leavers and terminations. You will also be responsible for acting as a point of escalation for the team, investigating queries and complaints, service development, reporting/analytics, systems administration and much more. You will play a key role in delivering ESR related projects such as preparing for the future workforce solution by optimising existing system functionalities and implementing new features and functionality across the Trust. The role of the ESR Workforce System Lead will include providing training and ongoing support to all staff in their use of Self Service and working collaboratively with stakeholders across the Trust to provide an efficient and effective service. It is essential that you have excellent IT Skills, including Microsoft 365 and previous experience of ESR. You must be methodical, organised, and work to a high standard with a flexible approach and understanding of the need to respond/deliver work across the Trust, within tight timescales.
