They are looking for an experienced Administrator to act as the first point of contact their busy Lincoln office. Great customer service and a bubbly personality is a must!
Monday to Friday - 08.45 - 17.15 - finish at 14.00 on Friday!
Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls and emails, providing excellent phone etiquette and customer service.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records..
Organise and maintain office files, ensuring all documents are easily accessible.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
Prepare reports and presentations using Google Suite applications.
Support the team with various clerical duties as needed, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Ensure the office environment is tidy and organised at all times.
Experience
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and Google Suite.
Excellent organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Demonstrated proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential
