* Develop and maintain effective working relationships with line managers from across the business
* Proactively advise, support and coach our line managers on interpretation and application of key HR policies (including absence, disciplinary and performance cases)
* Support managers with managing short and long term absences including Occupational Health referrals
* Support investigations and disciplinary procedures
* HR related projects
We are looking for a skilled HR Advisor to join our team on a part-time basis, working 2 days a week. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing HR support and guidance to our employees and line managers., As an HR generalist, you must be able to hit the ground running so experience in a similar level role in a fast paced environment is essential.
You will be comfortable reacting to situations needing your support and be able to manage your own workload. You will be a strong communicator and be able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
