We are looking to expand our management teams across our Buckinghamshire Learning Disability services and have an exciting opportunity at Scheme Manager level in High Wycombe.
Do you have experience at delivering consistently high quality health or social care to adults with a learning disability?
Can you lead by example, motivate and inspire others?
Are you good with people and a great communicator who is able to adapt their approach to a range of individuals?
