Working Hours: Mon - Sat 8.30am - 5.00pm (Day off mid-week)
Responsibilities:
Donaghy Bros have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Sales Administrator/Customer Service to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the business's general administration and customer support. The role will involve telephone customer service, taking payments, and general data processing. It will also involve answering phones and email messages, dealing with and professionally greeting customers on the phone, and booking deliveries.
Key responsibilities include:
* Collaborate closely with the sales team and oversee payment transactions.
* Serve as the primary point of contact, warmly welcoming customers, and ensuring exceptional service is delivered.
* Provide assistance with small domestic appliances sales.
* Handle inbound phone calls and emails promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
* GCSE Maths and English at grade c or above (or equivalent)
* 1 year experience of working in an administrative role or customer service
* Ability to work calmly and accurately under pressure
* High level of attention to detail
* Experience in Microsoft 365
* Confident using computer software to administrate sales
* Excellent organisational and team working skills
* Work 8 hour Shifts
