Strategic Comms & Campaign Manager - Professional Services
circa £65k
We are working with a growing professional services organisation with offices in locations across the North West. They are looking to expand their marketing team and have the opportunity for a highly strategic communications and campaign manager to join their marketing team.
Role & Responsibilities:
Strategy, Planning & Communications:
* Develop and implement comprehensive communications strategies to support the organisation's objectives
* Develop and deliver campaign plans for priority/ growth areas - lead discovery sessions, produce project plans and work with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
* Develop communications plans/ initiatives based on insight to support BDMs/ departmental objectives and drive execution
* Identify target audiences and develop key brand messaging that reflects the company's values, mission and vision. Determine the best channels to reach target audiences
* Monitor and analyse communication metrics to refine strategies and improve effectiveness
* Brand ambassador - ensuring consistency and compliance across all marketing communications activities
* Ensure all content is accurate, engaging and consistent with the organisation's brand tone of voice.
Internal Communications:
* Develop and execute internal communication strategy and plans to keep employees informed and engaged
* Support internal teams to deliver strategic messaging such as EVP
* Work with senior leaderdship to cimmunicate organisational changes, achievements and updates
* Foster a positive organisational culture through effective communication initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement:
* Identify and engage key stakeholders
* Develop strategies to effectively communicate with and manage stakeholder expectations.
Crisis Management:
* Develop and implement crisis communication plans
* Manage and mitigate any negative publicity or reputational damage.
Ideal Experience:
* Demonstrable experience in a strategic marketing communications and campaign role
* Understanding of full marketing mix, ideally with a CIM qualification
* Abilty to work with stakeholders to turn departmental objectives in to results focused strategies
* Able to work autonomously but also in a collaborative environment
* Experience in a commercial and ideally professional services/ financial services organisation.
