To be part of the nursing team to provide a high standard of research based care, support the team working in the area to deliver a quality service through a high standard of patient care and support and deputise for the Senior Sister in charge of the ward. It is important that you understand and refer to our values during your recruitment process and beyond Main duties of the job Support the senior sister in the provision of a planned and holistic programme of care for Swift ward Provide leadership in developing, implementing and evaluating standards of care in line with evidence based practice. Ensure best practice of infection prevention and control within ward providing a clean environment With the senior sister, provide advice, support and leadership to all staff working in the area. Work in close collaboration with other professionals providing advice and expertise to patients and the multi-disciplinary team. This post is predominantly based at the Lister Hospital.
