We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic person to become part of our Sales & Revenue Team.
Under the inspiring leadership of our Business Development Manager, Patrice Lavery, you will have the opportunity to work with our friendly team, and develop your skills. This role will primarily be administrative support to the Sales and Revenue Department, however, the successful candidates will be encouraged to drive revenue and sales opportunities, whilst supporting colleagues in multiple tasks to do so.
The successful candidate can expect to work office hours Monday- Friday (35 hours excluding breaks)
The salary for this full-time position is £24,000 per annum

About The Role
The role of the Sales and Revenue Coordinator will be to support and work alongside the Sales and Revenue Managers, reporting to the Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will handle queries, whilst providing accurate clerical and organisational support to the sales, revenue and events teams. Other responsibilities include:
1. The Sales and Revenue Coordinator will need to be highly organised, efficient and must work with high levels of accuracy as they will be required to update client databases, track bookings, process paperwork within agreed timescales and prepare and produce proposals, contracts and reports as requested.
2. Administrative duties include preparing contracts, proposals, emails and mailing lists.
3. To update daily revenue report data and distribute reports to the senior management team in a timely manner.
4. To manage administrative revenue and sales tasks.
5. To support with completing proposals and submission documents.
6. To regularly update online portals with content and imagery that is accurate.
7. To undertake regular rate checks to ensure rates/rooms are loaded and bookable on all channels.
8. To manage friends and family, and staff rate accommodation requests.
9. To distribute and manage reservations from key account companies, responding with confirmation, and managing cancellation of bookings across the portfolio.
10. To complete month end or weekly reports under the direction of the Revenue Managers.
11. To manage the input of data when Sales Managers return from travel and exhibitions, and coordinate follow up.
12. To organise, alongside Sales team, of specific events hosted by the Sales team (FAM trips, sales blitzes, customer engagement).
13. To support the sales team in driving Corporate, Leisure, Group and M&E business.
14. To undertake Market Intelligence on competitor activity via Agency 360 reports.
15. To assist with the gift experience department when required
About You
We would love you to have previous sales & revenue/administrative experience.

- A right to work within the United Kingdom.
- Educated to GCSE Standard or the equivalent including English and Maths.
Desirable
- Should have knowledge of Opera Cloud property management system.
- Have at least two years’ experience in a hotel/hospitality business.
