We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist (Legal dept) to join our clients busy team based on the outskirts of the Swansea area.
Hours of work: Mon-Thurs: 9am to 5pm and Fridays 9am-4pm
Salary: Will meet National Minimum wage but salary negotiable depending on experience.
Permanent Contract:
Holidays: 30 days (Inc bank holidays)
Main duties will include:-
● General office duties / photocopying
● Answering incoming calls /making calls/ dealing with clients
● Emailing/Scanning
● Managing Diaries and making appointments
● Taking payments
● Typing/organising files
• Dealing with post
Required skills:
● Confident and pleasant phone manner is essential as you will be liaising with
Clients/customers
● Computer literate (basic level)
● Excellent attention to detail
● Capable of working independently and under pressure
● Ideally worked in a similar role previously
● Willingness to undertake other duties as required
● Good time management
