Job summary We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed practice nurse to join our large, multi-disciplinary primary care team to provide high quality, compassionate care to our patient population. We are a large practice delivering care to a total of around 26,000 patients across four sites with a nursing team of Practice Nurses, Nursing Associates, Healthcare Assistants and a Phlebotomist. We are looking for a practice nurse, ideally already with an area of interest in Chronic Disease Management. As a practice we have a strong record in training and development though, and would consider a candidate from outside of primary care with the right attitude towards patient care and developing their career within General Practice. You will need a caring and compassionate nature, excellent organisational skills and to enjoy working with people. The world of General Practice is busy and ever changing so an ability to learn quickly and be adaptable to rapid change is essential.
