As the Global Component Approval Specialist, you’ll have responsibility for supporting local markets to ensure regulatory compliance of Procedure Pack Tray products. Daily duties will include: Assisting in the set-up, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the component approval process Maintaining international business relationships with a focus on the APAC region Supporting the organisation in regulatory issues relating to component approval in order to ensure compliance, understanding and involvement Ensuring accurate communication with suppliers in the component approval process Updating various internal and external stakeholders (complaint, planning & production, product market support, purchasing and corporate regulatory) with relevant data in relation to component approval Supporting with adhoc development and improvement projects relating to component approval What You’ll Get Salary circa £40,000 dependant on experience Up to 10% annual bonus BUPA healthcare Private pension up to 10% company contribution 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Life assurance and Income protection Employee Assistance Programme Wellbeing resource hub What You’ll Need Understanding of medical device or pharma indusrtry with clear knowledge of MDD/MDR Regulatory affairs and/or QA background with good computer literacy skills Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills Goal orientated individual who demonstrates accountability and initiative Previous experience with surgical product or customised procedure trays would be beneficial First hand use of SAP would also be highly desirable Ability to work as part of a small team and also autonomously, to deliver excellent tray production support Your work-life balance Flexible hybrid working 2 days from home 3 days from office Our approach to diversity and inclusion At Mölnlycke diversity is not just a vision, but our strength.
