HSE Manager
Are you an experienced HSE Manager looking for a rewarding, long-term opportunity with competitive pay? My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE Manager to join their team during an exciting period of growth.
The Role
As an HSE Manager, you will be:
* Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and OHSAS 45001 standards
* Assisting with maintaining and renewing company accreditations
* Investigating accidents, near misses, and hazards, and implementing corrective actions
* Managing PPE control, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance across the workforce
* Holding managers accountable for safety processes and adherence within their teams
* Monitoring and reporting on department KPIs, and taking corrective actions when necessary
* Coordinating fire drills and emergency response exercises
* Preparing method statements, risk assessments, and monthly safety reports
* Staying up to date with the latest health & safety legislation
* Conducting inductions and providing training as required
* Visiting the head office in Heanor, Derbyshire on a regular basis
What We Are Looking For
* NEBOSH diploma
* At least 5 years of experience in site safety and CDM regulations
* Experience with quality and safety accreditations
* Strong communication, organizational, and report-writing skills
* Proficient in using safety systems and computer-based applications
* Passionate, driven, and able to work effectively at all levels of the business
