Role Overview
This role is critical in making sure the business recruits and deploys educators in an efficient way that doesn't compromise quality and maintains a culture where keeping children safe is at the forefront.
Responsibilities
* To ensure that all teaching and support staff across the Educator Talent Solutions Division are thoroughly vetted and fully compliant in line with legal, best practice and organisational compliance requirements.
* To support the Vetting Manager in co-ordinating and upskilling a team of Vetting Administrators to ensure the department is meeting the needs of the business whilst maintaining quality.
Minimum Requirements
* High level of attention to detail.
* Able to work independently with high levels of personal motivation and drive.
* Ability to multi-task, and work methodically.
* Ability to make safe decisions for the business.
* Well organised and good time management.
* Competent user of IT systems and programmes.
