About Innovative Trials
At Innovative Trials, we don’t just lead the way in patient recruitment solutions—we redefine the patient journey! As an award-winning and industry-recognised leader, we’ve built a reputation for not only delivering results but continuously pushing the boundaries of patient recruitment.
We celebrate our wins, learn from our challenges (and each other), and most importantly, we’re always hungry for more.
But what’s our secret recipe? Our people. At Innovative Trials, every team member is a HERO. Yep, you heard that right! Without their drive and passion, we wouldn’t be where we are today.
And now, we’re growing (again!)! With an exciting pipeline of new projects, we’re on the lookout for a Senior Account Executive to join our team.
The Role: Senior Account Executive
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for our clients, developing and maintaining relationships and turning opportunities into long-term successes. Your focus will be on delivering top-tier Patient Recruitment & Retention programmes, supporting everything from the development of study materials to ensuring the translation process and the global distribution of materials runs like clockwork. You’ll collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to guarantee projects stay on course, from start to finish.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Client & Vendor Relationships: Manage client and vendor interactions, keeping meetings productive, flagging any performance concerns, and ensuring smooth communication.
2. Project Management: Oversee the day-to-day running of your projects—completing trackers, maintaining files, and ensuring all creative elements (copy, artwork, websites) meet regulatory standards.
3. Profitability Management: Play a key role in financial forecasting, budgeting, and invoicing. You’ll manage vendor costs, track client billings, and spot ways to increase efficiency across the board.
If you’ve got the drive, we’ve got the role!
Key Skills/Attributes/Education:
* Degree or higher in a biological science, or experience in materials development for patient recruitment, clinical research or health communications, or relevant marketing/design experience.
* Excellent organisation and communication skills, both written and oral.
* Ability to multitask, managing a variety of projects simultaneously, and experience working with numerous stakeholders on multiple projects.
* Proficient in using Google Workspace is desirable but not essential.
