We are working with a leading business in the e-commerce space to find an Amazon Account Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced environment and play a key role in driving online sales and optimising digital operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with Amazon to drive sales and marketing initiatives.
* Oversee online promotional and sales activity to drive growth.
* Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to align strategies with trade plans.
* Manage product listings across new and existing platforms.
* Analyse pricing and profitability, addressing queries and approving invoices.
* Generate and maintain detailed sales reports to inform decision-making.
* Provide expert advice on achieving success in the e-commerce space.
* Regularly communicate progress and results through reporting and review meetings.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience with Amazon Vendor and Seller Central.
* At least 2 years experience driving sales and marketing initiatives on Amazon.
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an e-commerce role, with exposure to both direct-to-consumer and third-party platforms.
* Strong analytical skills with experience managing financial data and generating reports.
* Proven track record of managing products and meeting key performance indicators.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights and solutions to senior stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) and PowerPoint for impactful reporting and presentations.
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
