Job Description: Producer
Reporting to: Senior Producer / Head of Creative Operations
Term: Permanent/Full-Time (4 days from office, 1 day remote)

The Role
REDHOUSE is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Producer to oversee the planning and execution of high-end creative projects and live events. Reporting to the Senior Producer, you will be responsible for managing production processes, ensuring smooth event operations, and delivering best-in-class experiences for luxury brands. This role requires a proactive and organised individual with excellent communication skills, financial management experience, and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities for the Producer
Project & Production Management
1. Lead the end-to-end production process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
2. Manage event logistics, vendor negotiations, and on-site execution to ensure seamless event delivery.
3. Develop and oversee production schedules, ensuring clear timelines and deliverables.
4. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, design, and logistics teams, to align production with brand vision.
5. Manage and source suppliers, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective solutions for event production needs.
6. Oversee and manage all technical production elements, ensuring seamless AV, lighting, staging, and special effects integration.
7. Oversee all aspects of catering and F&B services, ensuring premium quality and smooth execution.
Financial Management & Budget Control
1. Create, manage, and reconcile project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality production values.
2. Negotiate supplier and vendor contracts, ensuring cost efficiency, compliance and maintaining strong working relationships throughout.
3. Work with the Production accountant to track and report financial performance of projects, identifying opportunities for optimisation.
Client & Stakeholder Management
1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the production process, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding brand objectives and delivering tailored solutions.
3. Present production strategies and creative proposals confidently to clients and stakeholders.
4. Have a commercial outlook, raising potential opportunities in the Client with the Senior Producer or a Director.
Event Operations & Logistics
1. Oversee all aspects of event operations, from catering and hospitality management to on-site logistics and setup.
2. Ensure compliance with the relevant health, safety, and licensing requirements for each event.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site challenges quickly and effectively.
Pitching & Creative Collaboration
1. Contribute to new business pitches, providing production expertise and cost estimates.
2. Collaborate with creative teams to develop innovative event concepts that align with luxury brand standards.
3. Assist in preparing and delivering visually compelling presentations and creative decks.
The Ideal Candidate
1. Proven experience as a Producer in luxury events, creative production, or brand activations.
2. Strong financial acumen with experience in budget creation and cost management.
3. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, able to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams effectively.
4. Detail-oriented and highly organised, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
5. Experience in event logistics, supplier management, and on-site production coordination.
6. Experience managing technical production elements, including AV, lighting, staging, and special effects.
7. Experience overseeing catering and F&B services for high-end events.
8. Passion for luxury brands, fashion, beauty, and high-end experiences.
9. Ideally from an in-house background within a luxury brand or creative agency.
10. Proficient in project management tools, Microsoft Office, Keynote, Mac OS and Google Workspace.
11. A proactive problem solver with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and last-minute changes.
