Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Managing the contract efficiently to ensure high-quality, consistent food and beverage services across all areas
2. Maintaining positive client relationships
3. Planning the contract and resources to deliver first-class service
4. Managing, recruiting, developing, and training team members
5. Ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures
6. Meeting financial budgets and achieving net income and cost targets
Who you are:
Our ideal Manager will:
1. Have previous chef experience
2. Have experience in contract catering
3. Have led and managed teams to deliver results
4. Have a track record of growing sales and retaining business
5. Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
6. Exhibit strong leadership and team motivation skills
7. Be able to liaise effectively with colleagues, customers, and clients at all levels
8. Be quality and process driven, focused on delivering results
9. Be compliant with company policies and client agreements
10. Be IT literate (MS Office, Email)
