HR Manager (12 month maternity contract)

It is a VC-backed international operation with a growing nucleus of professional staff based at their Head Office, in Ross-on-Wye. They now seek a personable and capable HR Manager (on a maternity contract) to provide comprehensive Human Resource support, developing and executing company policies and procedures, providing HR and employment law advice whilst supporting the directors, management and staff. Reporting to the International Operations Director, this is a full-time role but offers hybrid working.
As a commercially aware Human Resources professional you will have experience of operational management within a dynamic and growing business.
Key skills and attributes of the HR Manager:
* Proven experience across all areas of Human Resources
* Clear evidenced experience of having supported business requirements
* Strong leadership experience and a gravitas that will promote respect throughout the senior management team
