We would like to invite applications for the role of Associate Director, Strategy Delivery.
Overall Job Purpose
The purpose of the Strategy Delivery role is to support strategy development, implementation and business planning. The role holder will work closely with the senior leadership team and General Manager as well as senior stakeholders across the whole of the UK Commercial and European businesses.
In doing so the primary responsibilities are to facilitate the strategic planning process within the business, support the GM in business planning and deliver strategic projects. A key part of this role will therefore be working with cross functional stakeholders to develop the strategy delivery roadmap that will enable Teva UK to win in its market whilst supporting the leadership team scan the 3 strategic horizons. Equally important will be collaborating with the UK central and Global teams to ensure UK priorities are understood and ways of working are optimised.
A Day in the Life of an Associate Director, Strategy Delivery…
* You will coordinate the development and implementation of strategic planning process
* You will facilitate the horizon (1, 2 and 3) scanning process
* You will co-ordinate the identification of business opportunities and mitigate strategic risks
* You will own and manage the annual strategy and business planning process and agendas
* You will embed the principles of strategic planning, Commercial Ways of Working and best practice across the Senior Leadership Team
* You will engage with senior stakeholders internally and externally to support strategy delivery and execution
* You will work with comms to ensure the business strategy and priorities are cascaded in a transparent and open manner that enable the organisation to engage and contribute their parts
* You will lead the delivery of strategic / cross functional projects in a matrixed organisation by liaising with local business, Global IT and Digital delivery teams
* You will establish KPIs, programme governance and metrics to monitor and track strategy execution

* Experienced in supporting leadership teams apply the 3 horizons framework (or similar)?
Do you have…?
* Extensive experience (minimum of 5 years) of leading strategy development, implementation and strategic programmes?
* Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels?
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure success?
* Experience of project delivery in highly matrixed global organisation?
* Global experience and cultural awareness, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different regions and matrixed organisations?
Location: We operate flexible hybrid working so we’d love it if you are able to commute to one of our main site sites in Leeds or Harlow 2-3 days per week.
