Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2. 7 years of experience in operations or business management, and vendor management.
3. 7 years of experience using analytics or applying project management tools to address business issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Certifications in Project Management such as PMP, Six Sigma, etc.
2. Experience in cost, quality, and relationship management.
3. Experience in risk and change management.
4. Ability to build strategic stakeholder relationships in an environment that is sometimes ambiguous and susceptible to changing needs.
5. Excellent investigative and structured problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
1. As a Vendor Operations Manager, you will be responsible for YouTube vendor operations. You will work on YouTube Products to enable support for users and creators across channels.
2. Manage critical workflows operated by vendors within the region, ensuring accountability for vendor performance, including overseeing staffing, Service-level agreement (SLA) adherence, quality performance, and other operations metrics.
3. Develop and program manage key strategic projects related to global vendor operations.
4. Manage sections of the long-term global operational strategy and support model, including deploying decisions, agreements, vendor selection, and continuous improvements of business processes.
5. Monitor vendor performance, ensure compliance with goals, and manage invoices.
6. Drive quality performance management through ensuring Quality Assurance (QA) insights and collection from vendors, assisting vendors with pre-launch quality readiness.
7. Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, workflow documentation, help resources, and relevant training and certification programs.
8. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned vendor engagements, and communicate operational/process updates to vendors.
