We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our client's London-based office, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and supporting the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
* Greeting and offering general support to clients who visit the office
* Handling all mailing, shipping, packages, and deliveries
* Providing administrative support
* Recording office expenditure
* Maintaining office policies
* Preparing & drafting emails
* Managing the diary
* Ensuring the office is well stocked with stationery, tea, coffee, milk, etc.
Skills and Experience
* Warm and personable attitude
* Ability to work at pace with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Articulate with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient with all MS Office packages, including Word, Excel, Adobe & PowerPoint
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Self-motivated
* Experience with proofreading legal documents and agreements
* Good numerical skills
