Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to work with primary-aged students who require additional support due to challenging behaviours and learning difficulties. You will help create a positive and engaging learning environment where each child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support to students with challenging behaviour and learning needs.
* Assist in creating individualised learning plans for students.
* Help students engage with literacy, numeracy, and other key subjects.
* Implement behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive classroom environment.
* Work closely with teachers and other staff to monitor student progress.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience working with primary-aged children with challenging behaviours.
* Strong behaviour management skills.
* Patience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Commitment to supporting children's academic and emotional development.
