We’re looking for a Senior FP&A Manager to join us in our Bradford office
Responsibilities:
* The primary responsibility will be to partner with the MD of Liberty Blume Business Solutions (BS). In this role, you will directly assist in the development of BS into a Service Company as part of the wider Liberty Blume group. You will be responsible for ensuring that financial discipline and transparency is brought to the Service Company and assessments on Capital Allocation are rigorously applied.
* The Senior FP&A Manager, reporting into the Director of FP&A, will also form part of the Finance team for Liberty Blume with responsibility for ensuring that the BS delivers on its short-term and longer-term financial objectives.

What will you be doing?
* Provide finance business partnership to the BS MD and support the MD in realizing their short-term and longer-term financial objectives.
* Challenge the BS MD to improve the efficiency of the BS operation and the delivery of their solutions, both to LG group customers and expanding to other third-party customers.
* Refine product economics analysis to understand product profitability and drive cost optimization.
* Support the BS MD in ensuring all solutions are correctly priced and charged to customers, acting as the financial interface with customers together with the wider leadership team.
* Enable an efficient process and tooling to facilitate monthly forecasting, annual Budget cycle, and long-range planning.
* Responsible for forecast accuracy and overview of risks and opportunities; challenge group performance and initiate improvement/close the gap initiatives.
* Lead the process to set LRP strategy and proactively analyze results to redirect where required.
* Provide support to the Blume CFO in realizing their (financial) objectives including optimization of Blume’s wider Capital Allocation and inorganic growth strategy.
* Line manage a team of 2 to ensure effective finance support for the Business Solutions leadership team.
We tend to look for people with:
Essential:
* Accounting or controlling qualification ideally CIMA, ACA, or ACCA.
* Track record working within a complex matrix services organization and ideally experience working in either a startup or scale-up environment.
Desirable:
* Analytically strong and pragmatic with a long-term vision.
* Ability to apply sound business practices and work with senior management.
* Result driven, output-focused team player.
* Ability to build bridges and create support for improvements.
* Knowledge of USGAAP, Accounting principles & SOX guidelines.
