Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR practices and procedures, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and data management within our HRIS systems.
Responsibilities
1. Manage the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies on various platforms.
2. Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
3. Maintain accurate employee records through data entry into systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
4. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
5. Support employee engagement initiatives through effective communication and social media management.
6. Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports and managing documentation.
7. Collaborate with management to address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution.
Experience
1. Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role is preferred.
2. Previous school HR experience is essential.
3. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
6. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is beneficial.
7. Experience in social media management for employer branding is a plus.
